You will spend the day touring Salta in depth and at a slow pace to visit as many places of interest as possible without being tied to a schedule. Arrive in San Pedro de Atacama, a tranquil desert oasis surrounded by salt mountains and ancient geological formations, where time seems to slow under the vast desert sky.

Today you explore the surreal landscapes of the Atacama Desert, beginning with the iconic Moon Valley. Here, wind and time have carved salt caves, dunes and rock formations into a terrain that feels almost extraterrestrial. As the sun begins to set, the entire valley transforms into shades of gold, crimson and violet, with the Licancabur Volcano standing silently on the horizon.
