Day 1: Welcome to Chile – Casablanca Valley & Valparaíso

On arrival at Santiago Airport you will be met by your private transfer and taken to the Casablanca Valley, a cool-climate region that is affected by coastal influences. The region is particularly noted for Sauvibrant Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay as well as other varieties. You will visit 2 of the leading organic wineries in the area, Veramonte and Emiliana. In addition to learning about the wines you will also discover more about the biodynamic farming practices that are used in this region. In the afternoon you will make your way to the colorful artsy city of Valparaiso, famous for its hills, port, Victory Square and winding streets that are home to many murals. Overnight in Valparaiso or Casablanca Valley.

Day 2: Discover the Colchagua Valley

Enjoy breakfast with views over Valparaíso before heading to the Colchagua Valley with your private driver. Check into your boutique hotel in Santa Cruz, then visit Viu Manent Vineyard for a sunset carriage ride through the vineyards, paired with a tasting of six exquisite wines and appetizers. Marvel at the gardens and sustainable practices that make this winery a benchmark in environmental responsibility.

Day 3: Explore the Heart of Colchagua Wines

Continue your journey through Colchagua, visiting the historic Apalta Lapostolle Winery to experience centuries-old winemaking traditions. Later, tour Montes Vineyard, where innovative design and premium wine production provide breathtaking views and a sensory experience. Savor local flavors and learn the stories behind each vintage. You will spend the night in Santa Cruz.

Day 4: Savour the Reds at Concha y Toro – Maipo Valley

After breakfast, travel to Maipo Valley, home to Chile’s most famous reds. Visit Concha y Toro, the largest producing winery in the country and walk around its gardens while learning about its history and modern winemaking techniques. Continue to Santa Rita Winery, exploring centuries-old vineyards and tasting premium Carmenere, a Chilean specialty.

Day 5: Casablanca Valley Immersion

Spend a full day in the Casablanca Valley on this day of touring around a selection of boutique wineries all producing Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and also a variety of sparkling wines. As well as the winery visits and tastings, you can cycle around the vineyards or even go for a hike through a very peaceful and relaxing region of Chile. The lunch will be a farm-to-table affair, with locally made cheeses, produce and artisanal breads. The rest of the day you will transfer to Santiago and spend the evening as you.

Day 6: Santiago Cultural Finale & Departure

Begin the day with a leisurely breakfast at your hotel. Depending on your schedule, spend your final day in Santiago visiting cultural landmarks such as the Bellavista art district, museums or different markets. Enjoy a farewell lunch at a top Chilean restaurant, savoring the flavors of the region one last time. In the afternoon, your private transfer will take you to Santiago Airport for your departure, concluding your 8-day Chilean wine adventure.
