On arrival at Lima's international airport you will be met by your driver and transferred directly to your hotel for your overnight stay. The rest of the day is then at leisure and you may enjoy a chance to relax and acclimate to your new surroundings ahead of tomorrow's exploration of Lima.

Discover Lima’s Historical Center with your expert guide, visiting the Main Square, the Archbishop's Palace and the Saint Francisco Monastery. In the afternoon, enjoy a unique gastronomic experience, tasting traditional Peruvian dishes with a twist at Huaca Pucllana, alongside the ruins of this ancient site. End the evening with a walk under the stars through the bohemian Barranco district.

Today’s trip begins in Cusco, the capital of the Incas. After your short flight there, you can join an orientation walk to get familiar with the city before being transferred to your hotel. The Main Square in Cusco is surrounded by colonial architecture that stands in stark comparison to the Incan structures that once flourished.

Visit Sacsayhuaman, the impressive Inca Fortress overlooking Cusco. Then, head to Pisac in the Sacred Valley to explore its archaeological site and traditional market. Visit a local community center to see native Andean textile art and interact with llamas and alpacas, iconic animals of Peru.

Explore the circular terraces of Moray, an ancient agricultural site and continue to the Inca Salt Flats, where you’ll see how salt has been harvested for centuries. After lunch, relax and enjoy the incredible environment in the Sacred Valley.

Travel to a remote Andean community, where you’ll experience the traditional way of life and culture of Peru’s original inhabitants. Enjoy a fresh lunch made from local produce before returning to Ollantaytambo for your Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes.

Wake up early today for a guided tour of Machu Picchu, the iconic Inca site located high in the Andes. After exploring this incredible World Wonder, take time to walk around the site at your own pace. Enjoy lunch in Aguas Calientes before returning to Cusco by train.

Visit Cusco’s lively San Pedro Market to explore local ingredients and learn about the country’s culinary traditions. Then, take part in a hands-on cooking class, where you'll create traditional Peruvian dishes and learn to prepare a Pisco Sour cocktail.

After a free morning to enjoy your breakfast at a calm pace and have some extra time to explore Cusco, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Lima. Enjoy your final afternoon in Lima with some leisure time before your outbound flight.
